Postage:
We charge postage at cost.
We will combine postage where possible.
We will use buyer-provided courier accounts for purchases over Aus$ 200 (DHL orTNT); below $200 a $20 fee applies (because we have to drive to the depot).

Claims for non-delivery will be processed 30 days after shipment date - toallow packages to clear customs (the most likely source of delay).Refused delivery is at buyers risk - not eligible for refund / is not groundsfor non-delivery.
